What is Nexus all about?
Many in our congregation feel isolated from one another. We have designed Nexus to build community, to be an opportunity for connection to happen virtually through Zoom.
Each week we will start with a short large group “intro” time, co-hosted by Pastors Chuck Macri & James Wilson and featuring the teaching pastor from the previous weekend’s services who will highlight a key discussion point we should consider.
Then, for the rest of the session, participants will go to breakouts with facilitators to discuss ONE good question about the previous weekend’s sermon, share prayer requests & what’s happening in their lives, and get to know each other.
Our facilitators will be there moderate group interactions & look for ways to build community connection among the participants.
